House Rules & Policies
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, please observe the following guidelines during your stay at Ylaya Villa.
Check-in, Check-out & Quiet Hours
- • Check-in Time: Starts at 2:00 PM (pending final confirmation).
- • Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM.
- • Quiet Hours: Strictly observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to preserve quiet rest for all guests.
- • Shared Swimming Pool Hours: Open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Cooking, Food & Drinks Policy
- • No Cooking or Grilling: Cooking appliances and grilling are strictly prohibited on property grounds.
- • Outside Food & Drinks: Permitted inside individual suites only.
- • Restricted Common Areas: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in shared common spaces, the pool area, or Panganan Restaurant.
Pet Policy
- • Small pets are permitted only under advance notice and explicit approval by management prior to check-in.
- • Owners are fully responsible for their pets' cleanliness, behavior, and any damages caused.
Guests, Parking & Security
- • Registered Guests Only: Unapproved visitors are not allowed inside the villa premises.
- • Parking: On-site parking is available for registered guests subject to space availability.
- • Valid ID: Government-issued photo IDs for all adult guests are required upon check-in.
