Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation with Ylaya Villa.

1. Reservation & Payment Policy

To confirm a booking at Ylaya Villa, a 50% reservation deposit must be paid via official BDO bank transfer upon booking. The remaining 50% balance must be settled at least one week prior to the arrival date, subject to management confirmation.

2. Guest Identification

Valid government-issued IDs and accurate guest details are required for all registered guests prior to or upon check-in.

3. Property Rates & Occupancy

Rates are structured per suite type and day tier (Regular days vs. Saturdays/Holidays). Additional-person charges apply where confirmed by management. Unregistered guests will not be admitted.

4. Liability & Damage

Guests are expected to treat property facilities and furnishings with care. Any loss, breakage, or damage caused during the stay will be charged to the registered guest.
